With New Year’s Eve’s coming in 2014, the Minister of Justice Luo, Ying-xue came to visit Changhua Prison on January 24^th.  Firstly, the minister listened to the joint reports of Changhua Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency and correctional institutions to realize general condition of each office’s business.  Secondly, we mapped out a series of visiting arrangement in advance.  Along the sides of the government officials visiting itinerary, our factory’s decorations for Chinese New Year festivities such as palace lanterns with meticulous carving and vivid stylish mascots beautified the hallways with a joyful atmosphere.  In addition, concerts accompanied with wonderful rhymes and magnificent drumbeats excited and impressed guests to applaud and compliment, inclusive of gongchepu welcoming orchestra, percussion, and Mei-shan Angklung musical group.  The minister encouraged performers to seize learning opportunities, strive hard and enjoy the beauty of arts.  The minister and guests also looked around creative festive lantern arts class and soba noodles making class.  Exquisite festive lantern handiwork and nice-smelling handmade noodles were all prisoners’ achievements after hard-working.  Their immersed expression during working was totally the highest class of arts.

       This afternoon, the minister gave care and support; the prisoners spread out rich artistic internal, which was the warmest picture at the beginning of Spring.
