Changhua Prison commissioned Tsiande Environmental Co., Ltd to conduct the water quality inspection for the fourth quarter of 2017. The result shows that the quality index of the groundwater and the drinking water is in compliance with the standards of Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
