Changhua Prison commissioned Summit Tsiande Environmental Co., Ltd to conduct the water quality inspection for the 4quarter of 2018. The result shows that the quality index of the groundwater and the drinking water is in compliance with the standards of Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
