Water quality inspection for the first quarter of 2019.

Changhua Prison commissioned Summit Tsiande Environmental Co., Ltd to conduct the water quality inspection for the 1quarter of 2019. The result shows that the quality index of the groundwater and the drinking water is in compliance with the standards of Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
